Free returns within 30 days
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Domestic and international — return shipping is on us.
How to start a return
Email shop@miscreants.com with your order number and what you’re returning. We’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the condition you received them.
Sale items, gift cards, and DEF CON exclusives
Sale items, gift cards, and DEF CON exclusives are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Damages and order issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@miscreants.com and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
