Processing time

Most orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles within 1–2 business days. During promotional periods, please allow up to 10–14 business days. Once an order is placed and registered in our system, we’re not able to edit it.

Domestic shipping (USA)

We ship via USPS Standard Shipping (5–8 business days). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

If you need P.O. Box delivery, email shop@miscreants.com and we’ll make sure your order is sent via a USPS service that delivers to P.O. addresses.

International shipping

Two options at checkout: USPS First Class International (7–15 business days, for orders up to 2 lb) or USPS Priority Mail International (6–10 business days). Heavier orders ship Priority only. Shipping and billing country must match.

Customs and duties

Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price. Miscreants is not responsible for customs delays or any duties imposed by your country. If duties are refused and the package is returned, return shipping costs are on the buyer.

Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments

Miscreants is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Claims are made directly with the shipping carrier.

If your tracking says “delivered” but the package hasn’t arrived, please allow 24 hours and check with neighbors. If the package is still missing after that, email shop@miscreants.com for assistance.
