What is Miscreants?
Miscreants is a creative agency for cybersecurity clients, and a clothing brand documenting hacker culture. We design original apparel — t-shirts, hoodies, hats, accessories — built around the references, jokes, and shared language of security work. Streetwear influence, security culture content, made to last.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Los Angeles via USPS. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days; please allow up to 10–14 business days during promotional periods. Once an order is placed and registered in our system, we’re not able to edit it.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Domestic (USA): USPS Standard Shipping, 5–8 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Miscreants isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments — claims are made directly with the carrier.
P.O. Boxes: If you need P.O. Box delivery, email shop@miscreants.com and we’ll make sure your order is sent via a USPS service that delivers to P.O. addresses.
International: Two options at checkout — USPS First Class International (7–15 business days, for orders up to 2 lb) or USPS Priority Mail International (6–10 business days). Heavier orders ship Priority only. Shipping and billing country must match.
Do I pay customs and duties on international orders?
Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and aren’t included in the purchase price. Miscreants isn’t responsible for customs delays or any duties issued by your country. If duties are refused and the package is returned, return shipping costs are on the buyer.
What is your return policy?
Free returns within 30 days of delivery, worldwide. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Sale items and DEF CON exclusives are final sale.
To start a return, email shop@miscreants.com with your order number and what you’re returning. We’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions.

Please wait for our prepaid label before shipping anything — items sent without a label may be delayed or returned to sender.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
How do your shirts fit?
Standard fit. Sizes run S through 3XL. As a rough guide, a 6′0″ / 170lb person typically wears a Large. Chest width, body length, and sleeve length measurements are on every product page.
What materials do you use?
Most shirts are 100% cotton: machine wash cold inside out, tumble dry low, iron on reverse. Hoodies are 10–14oz cotton/poly blend fleece with embroidered prints. Hats are one size with embroidered fronts — spot clean. Specifics are in the “Materials and care” section on each product page.
What is the difference between your collections?
Each year we drop a themed collection. The current and recent ones:
- SS25 / Location Services — the places hackers go: localhost, the cloud, open ports.
- SS24 / Future Echos — apparel for the timeline you weren’t supposed to see.
- SS23 / High Tech Low Life — cyberpunk-leaning pieces for the security crowd.
- SS22 / Internet Friends — about the people you meet online.
- SS21 / Away from Keyboard — for the parts of life with the laptop closed.
- SS21 / Work from Home — the original collection, made when everyone’s desk became their office.
Plus annual DEF CON exclusives (DC30 through DC33), sold only at the conference.
Do you do custom merch for cybersecurity companies?

When does the next drop happen?
One main themed collection per year, plus restocks and DEF CON exclusives in season. Sign up for the email list at the bottom of any page if you want to know first.

Are your DEF CON shirts available online?
DEF CON exclusives are made for and sold only at the conference’s Vendor Area. They stay listed in the catalog for reference but don’t restock online.
